FACT: Cats are the sleepiest of all animals and can spend 16-18 hours a day asleep. If you've ever spent more than a few hours with me, you know that I love naps. (Cat naps, if you will.)
FACT: Cats are more active during the evening hours. I don't think this one needs an explanation. Gallette's anyone?
FACT: Cats that bite you after you have rubbed their stomach are biting out of pleasure, not anger. I don't think this one needs to be explained either...
FACT: Blue eyed, all white cats are frequently deaf. I have blue eyes, I am white and I sometimes have selective hearing.
FACT: Cats like to have their foreheads stroked. However, there is nothing mentioned about having their cheeks pinched.
FACT: Cats will spend 30% of their life grooming themselves. I'm usually one of the last people ready when we go out at night. Sorry.
FACT: When a domestic cat goes after mice, about 1 pounce in 3 results in a catch. Mice. Men. Same thing. (That statistic is depressing.)
FACT: Cats with long lean bodies are more likely to be outgoing, more protective and more vocal than those with a stocky build. True, true, true.
FACT: Cats can change their moods almost instantly. One moment I may be rubbing up against your legs and the next I'll want to be left alone. Or claw your eyes out.
FACT: Cats enjoy playing with string. String can be dangerous and even harmful to a cat's health if ingested. I ingest a lot of things that are harmful to my health. Don't I have 9 lives?
FACT: Cats love to LOL. I love to LOL! Ok, so maybe this isn't as concrete a fact as the previous ones but if cats didn't really love to LOL, they wouldn't spend so much time having surprize buttseks.
So, if you can't see the clear connections and the strong possibility that I was a cat in a former life then you are just dumb. I can has nap?
