Halloween is getting closer and I still do not have a costume. If you're a girl looking for a costume, apparently you only have two options: slut or idiot. I've done the slut thing (Ladybug, 2006) and I'm over it- it's too cold for that. I'm also no stranger to the idiot look either (Southbound, 2009). Is there no in between?

Here are some costumes I will not be sporting this Halloween:

Yes, that is supposed to be broccoli. Looks more like character from a low budget version of Sesame Street to me. Or a fancy Gumby.

I'm tearing up at the thought of wearing this onion costume. Although accurate, I don't like the placement of the... root? Inappropriate.
